Despite the checking, rechecking, caution, I will get things wrong. When I do, I will issue a clarification/correction as soon as possible. And those who are so inclined will use it as a stick to beat me with. So it goes.

Also, my inevitable bias is going to be towards things that have happened in (rich) English speaking countries.
