The twelfth edition of the CO2 Newsletter, (Vol. 2, no. 6) published bi-monthly by American geologist William N. Barbat between 1979 and 1982 is live. You can download a pdf and see the full text here.
In this issue Barbat publishes a spiky (and will get spikier) correspondence with Amory Lovins, the “soft-energy paths” advocate. (Barbat was an “all in on nuclear or we are toast” guy). There are also extensive excerpts of the pivotal 1981 paper by Hansen et al., and much much more.
